1. ASSISTANT MANAGER, QUALITY ASSURANCE

Jobs Description:
- Manages the quality assurance activities and oversees the preparation of quality reports.
- Ensure all aspects of Health. Safety and Environment is implemented at all sites and HQ.
- To Lead OA inspection team prior to the handing over of building to purchasers.

Jobs Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil / Structure / Mechanical & Electrical) or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Resident Architect. Resident Engineer or in quality assurance / control field and at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Adequate exposure in the privity development / construction environment.
- Good understanding of the construction process and contract requirements.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and mitten English and Bahasa Melayu.


2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ EXECUTIVE, MARKETING

Jobs Description:
- To execute the =dieting strategies laid out by the Senior General Manager. and Senior Manager of Marketing
- To assist the HOD In growing the Company’s network of strategic marketing partners.
- Execute enbloc sales/marketing strategies in older to meet pre-determined targets and KPIs.
- To execute key initiatives set out for the expansion of the Company’s database of potential purchasers, registrants and prospects.
- To be involved in the sales process of the Company’s range of projects when necessary.
- To ham, assignments given by HOD.

Jobs Requirements:
- Degree or Professional qualification in Marketing. Sales or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience preferably in property industry
- Possess high inlet. and commitment to meet reporting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.


3. MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER/SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE, PLANNING

Jobs Description:
- To conduct site inspections prepare market and feasibility study for acquisition and joint venture proposals.
- To check and ensure all drawings are in compliance with client 8 authorities requirement.
- To he part of the design team in developing the concept plan & product development.
- To follow up with relevant authorities on the submission and approval of plans.
- To monitor and evaluate the performance of consultants.

Jobs Requirements:
- Diploma. Bachelor, Degree or Master’s Degree in Estate Management / Building /Architecture / Quantity Survey or Town Planning or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in property development, consultancy or construction for Assistant Manager and Manager role.
- Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong leadership and organizational qualities with high level of commitment. integrity and confidence.
- Proactive. analytical and result driven.
- Strong communication skills In both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.

4. SECRETARY TO GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jobs Description:
Responsible for all secretarial duties for the Group Managing Director

Jobs Requirements:
- PSC/Diploma in Executive Secretarialship / Secretarial Science.
- Matured with strong interpersonal skills.
- Efficient and has good time management skills.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.


5. MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER, ADMINISTRATION

Jobs Description:
Planning directing, or coordinating supportive services of an organization. such as record-keeping mail distribution, telephone Operating and other office support services.

Jobs Requirements:
- Degree n Office Administration or related disciplines. - Matured with strong Interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu


6. EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTS

Jobs Description:
Preparation and keeping of full-set of Accounting Books and Records for Management in compliance with Accounting Standards and Statutory Requirement.

Jobs Requirements:
- Degree or Professional qualification in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in accounting or auditing preferably in property Industry
- Possess analytical mind, meticulous. high initiative and commitment to meet reporting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application and IFCA.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu


7. SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE, SALES

Jobs Description:
- Follow up leads Contact Client. conduct effective meetings and close deals
- Prepare sales reports
- Responsible for sales of the Company’s properties
- Getting new listing
- Contacts Leads 8 Prospect
- Follow-up on customers’ accounts
- Follow up on existing clients
- Handle customer service
- Prepare & execute presentations
- Meeting targets
- Follow-up on collections

Jobs Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Sales on in related disciplines.
- Highly energetic and passionate about sales.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales preferably in property environment.
