1. EXECUTIVE, OPERATIONAL RISK
Main Responsibilities:
-To execute, develop and maintain highly effective operational risk management function for the various operational units of the business.
-To advice and consult with senior management regarding the need to implement appropriate risk management practices and mitigations process within the business operational areas.
-To support various functions process of identifying and reporting of errors, exposures, losses and near misses.
-To assist in assessment and recommendation of suitable risk management infrastructures and methodologies to measure operational risks.
-To plan, coordinate and facilitate risk management training and workshops in order to cultivate risk awareness culture throughout the company.
-To conduct a comprehensive risk analysis of the business current readiness for “business continuity” in order to propose action plan for mitigation and recovery control procedure.
-To work consultatively with internal auditors for purpose of facilitating in risk base audit.
-To ensure a mechanism is in place for reporting risk opportunities and activities, including appropriate escalation procedures.
Requirements:
-A recognized degree in Business Administration, Economy, Finance , Accounting, Information Technology or relevant from reputable university.
-A minimum of 2 years working experience in executive level with exposure in operational risk management or risk based audit. Preferably Executives specializing in Banking/ Financial Services
-Possess excellent communication and presentation skill in English and Bahasa Melayu both verbal and written. Experience in organizing and facilitate training will be an added advantages
-Strong analytical skill and knowledgeable of internal control concepts and comprehensive risk management and auditing theory and techniques.
-Good team player analytical, high integrity and ethics value, creative in seeking information, facts and data with good interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
-Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
