1. EXECUTIVE - LEGAL

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing legal advice whenever requested, on matters relating to various aspects of laws including interpretation of statutes, laws, terms and conditions of agreements, issues relating to day-to-day operation of the Company and etc
• Drafting and preparing Agreements, corporate, commercial and tenancy/concession contracts/agreements. Scrutinize contracts, tender documents for the divisions and subsidiaries of the Company
• Perusing Agreements, contract and tender documents including giving comments on legal matters, requesting confirmation on the technical, financial and commercial requirements and if required, recommending alternatives requirement in the interest of company
• Managing the litigation files of the Company including issuance of internal Letters of Demand, draft the Letter of Undertaking in respect of the settlement of debts, advice on litigation matters, issuance of the instruction letter to proceed with legal action to the external solicitors, prepare the status report and attend the Credit Control Committee Meeting

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Law/LLB (Hons)
• Called to the Bar
• At least 2 years relevant experience in similar capacity within a corporate environment
• Have an experience as practicing lawyer and/or other related in house
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and achievement oriented

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT/Computer Engineering or equivalent with outstanding academic credentials, preferable with a certified network qualification;
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the related field especially with large ICT environment.
- Good working knowledge of the following operating systems including Windows 2000-2003 Server, AIX / Unix, Oracle DB 11i and SQL.
- Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of ICT hardware and software including WIFI, CCTV
and wireless components;
- Strong working knowledge of major networking components, network operating systems and hardware components such as Cisco, 3Com and etc.
