1. HR Executive

Responsibilties:
•Assist in monitoring, execute & evaluate Compensation Programs and Employee Benefits Programs & Plans to ensure benefits plans are attractive and competitive
•Support and coordinate the annual salary review, promotions and performance bonus payout exercise
•Develop Total Rewards communication strategy to ensure compensation strategy is clearly communicated to the workforce and to cultivate employee engagement within the company
•Continuously reviews policies & procedures regarding compensation and benefits administration

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
•Detail-oriented, willing to multi-task and able to work under pressure
•A self-starter, initiative, independent and possess a high degree of confidentiality
•Possess good interpersonal & communication skills

2. Mobile Sales officer (Personal Loan)

Responsibilities:
-Promote product and perform sales and promotional activities.
-Plan and implement Sales activities and tactics in order to increase sales revenue.
-Generate new ideas to support the team with the aim of increasing sales.
-Collaborating and Networking - collaboratively develops solutions across departments.
-Effective Communication - Leads others in developing and/or delivering crucial communication messages.
-Versatility and Agility - Takes calculated risks after assessing potential advantages and disadvantages, considering the overall impact to the department / division.
-Learning and Enabling Others - Stimulates to take ownership for developing themselves.
-Customer Focus - Proactively looks for and captures new customer opportunities.

Requirements:
-SPM / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
-A minimum of 1 year related experience will be added advantage.
-Sales and Marketing oriented.
-Possess own transport.
-Good in both spoken and written of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
-Good in Microsoft Office applications.
