1. Executive - Settlement & Reconciliation
SALARY MYR2000 - 3000
PLACEMENT : KUALA LUMPUR
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily Visa and merchant settlement and reconciliation
- Handle AR/AP , review ledger accounts for discrepancies and fluctuations
- Analyse financial information and prepare both regulatory and management reports
- Assist in product launches, cross selling initiatives, card sales and surveys
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in finance or accounting. Experienced in settlement process is an added advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting and finance, such as payments, fund transfers, banking, settlements and reconciliation.
- A strong team player, meticulous and analytical.
- Able to work independently under tight timelines.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Able to speak any Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

2. Executive - Fraud Management

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse card fraud trends
- Highlight card fraud risks to superior
- Proactive management of card fraud risks
- Conduct investigations on card fraud cases
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business - Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experienced in financial service industry, payment card industry, crime investigation, financial forensic investigation and corruption is an added advantage.
- Good report writing skill and communications skill in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities:
- Verify and process all card applications
- Coordinate with third party service provider
- Maintain and update card accounts
- Manage cardholder’s queries including chargebacks and disputes
- Assist with initial set up tasks including REPs/RFOs, product launches and road shows
- Assist in preparation of management reports
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in credit application, processing, evaluation and credit risk management is an added advantage
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
