Qualifying conditions
• Malaysian Skills Certificate Level 3 (SKM Level 3) in Mechanical from any institution that offers fields of study which stated:
◦ priority studies in the field of boiler maintenance, automotive, mechanical industry, production
• Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with credits in Bahasa Malaysia and is the subject of other subjects either Mathematics or Science
• Healthy body without the chronic disease
Duties & Responsibilities
• To carry out the duties of operating and monitoring of the plant tarbin gas, steam tarbin, boiler heat exchangers
• Understanding the general safety rules, fire fighting training and emergency response (Emergency Preparedness And Response-EPR). Become a member of the team fighting the fire and leak fuel if the EPR and chemical
• Understand the functions of plant and machinery to help in patrolling the area
• To carry out patrols across the hall Tarbin Gas, Tarbin Steam, boiler transferring heat, including equipment-related aids and ensure everything works properly and safely
• Take the reading log as shown in logsheet prepared and forwarded to the Senior Operator block to be reviewed and examined. Logsheet concerned must be filed with the update because it is an ISO records
• Be sensitive to the values and the facts of the operations include the operations of the alarm limits (alarms) and the appointment of plant
• Report all defects in plant accurately and clearly to the Senior Technician
• The work separation (isolation) of plant safety rules outlined
• The work recovery (normalization) and test if a system or machine to dimulatugaskan
• Work memulatugas and hentitugas all alatbantu such as pumps, compressors, fans, etc.
• refrigerator conversion work, heat exchangers and filters (Coolers, heat exchangers and strainers)
• Conduct operational activities in accordance with ISO procedures
• Be prepared at all times to act in emergency situations as set out in the Black Start Procedure
