1. CALL CENTRE TEAM LEADER / TEAM LEADER PUSAT PANGGILAN
2. EXECUTIVE AUDIT INQUIRY / EKSEKUTIF AUDIT SIASATAN
3. EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE AUDIT / EKSEKUTIF PENTADBIRAN AUDIT
1. CALL CENTRE TEAM LEADER
Duties:
- Training, giving guidance / guidance and encouragement to improve the motivation of employees under supervision.
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of subordinate staff to ensure the quality of call center services to achieve the prescribed level.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen aged not more than 35 years.
- Holds a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in related field.
- Experience in at least 2 years as a 'Team Leader' in the center of the financing proceeds in a related field.
- Strong communication skills and can interact with all parties.
2. EXECUTIVE AUDIT INQUIRY
Duties:
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in related field from a recognized educational institution by the MQA / PSD.
- Have experience in the investigation of financial institutions in at least three (3) years, or have experience in criminal investigations relating to trade with the enforcement agency at least five (5) years.
- Aged under 40 years old.
- Strong communication skills and can interact with all parties.
- Have good writing skills and can produce reports that can be understood by top management.
3. EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE AUDIT
Duties:
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in related field from a recognized educational institution by the MQA / PSD.
- Aged under 35 years old.
- Have a high interest and skills in research, preparation of policy / policies and calculations.
- Strong communication skills and can interact with all parties.
- Have good writing skills and can produce reports that can be understood by top management.
- Experience / knowledge in using computer software specifically related to database software such as SPSS (database software / packages specialist) is an advantage.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in the auditing process.
