1. TEM Solution Designer (ITD-0436102)

Work Base: Selangor

Responsibilities:
This job function will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in providing the information required for presentation or proposal to the Client. The duties include responding to Request for Information ( RFI ) , Request for Pricing ( RFP ), developing Statement of Work ( SoW ) , Document of Understanding ( DoU ) and preparing a costing model based on the proposed TEM solution. The role will need to understand the Client’s requirements and be able to propose and select the best suited TEM solution offered by the IBM TEM Partners and the IBM TEM GDC. The role will also be involved in managing to the statement of work, deal with any out of scope activities through raising of Project Change Requests ( PCRs ) .

In addition to supporting the Sales team, this role will also have Subject Matter Expert ( SME ) responsibilities.

These responsibilities include being involved in the implementation, transition and delivery of Telecom Expense Management projects and supporting the TEM Operations Manager and operations team for steady state or BAU issues.Essential Duties and Responsibilities for TEM Solution Design Architect include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


-Understand Client's TEM requirement and propose appropriate TEM solution for the Client.

-Help Sales team to customize Client’s presentation for the proposed solution and in Client’s presentations.

-Help Sales team to customize proposal and the SoW for the proposed solution.

-Work with the IBM TEM Partners and IBM TEM GDC to build appropriate costing and services model.

-Prepare Costing Model for the proposed TEM solution, considering all the different costs associated for TEM.

-Build a Business case for the proposed solution and the costing model.

-Help Sales Team to respond to the Client’s RFPs on TEM Services.

-Support Sales team during internal TDA / QA processes.

-Establish DoU between IBM TEM GDC and IBM Account country for TEM Services delivery.

-Provide IBM TEM GDC costs and the DoU Amendments to the PCRs' during project execution.

-Conduct TEM awareness and education for the IBM internal teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree

- English: Fluent

- Minimum of 3-5 years TEM experience or related experience
- Strong numeric skills. Cost analysis skills. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
- Analytical Ability and problem solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations.
