1. Executive - Store

Work Base - Johor

Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective & efficient operations of store activities in order to achieve targeted volume, productivity and delivery lead time
- Implementation of proper store & warehouse management system to achieve cost competitiveness
- Monitor the optimum stock level of consumable items and initial purchase when minimum level is reached
- Maintain physical control of all stocks by ensuring proper arrangement & indication for easy identification and implement the ERP issue & Bin system
- Ensure the proper storage of raw materials, consumables finish, proper packing, handling & delivery of goods
- Ensure the effective and accurate inventory system for accounts Â stock checking & costing
- Ensure the correct finished goods with the necessary accessories and parts are delivered as per delivery order & packing list
- Supervise store & warehouse supervisor, store hand, driver & forklift driver are carrying out the job according to work instruction and procedures

Requirements:
- Degree in Management or any related discipline
- 3 years’ working experience in related steel based industry
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Melayu
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems
