1. Retail Business Building Executive
(Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang)
Responsibilities
•Organized and supervise consumer retail activities within assigned area
•Ensure effective sales and marketing programs and maximize program’s reach to consumer
•Actively propose new channels and means of increasing consumers awareness of company’s product
•Identify unique avenue for the organisation's team to reach out customers
•Continuously monitor the market and evaluate the performance of 3rd party business partner
•Ensure teams achieve objectives for brand promotions, brand communication, consumer awareness and image perception of the organisation's products.
•Develop and implement deployment plan to reach out to consumer during a given cycle
•Negotiate and contract retail outlet to achieve targeted visibility of company’s products and share of space through POSM placements.
Requirements
•Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Sales/Business Studies or equivalent
•At least 3 years exprience in sales/marketing with 1 year supervisory experience
•Experience from FMCG is a must
•Good understanding or product development cycle and consumer psychology
•Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision
•Strong English communication skills
•Knowledge of local dialect will be an added advantage
