1. PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements
-Professionally qualified or holding an accredited degree in a construction related discipline-C&S engineering, or equivalent
-Minimum 6 years related working experience in project management
-Possess planning & organizational skills, able to work independently, result oriented with good analytical and time management skills
-Conversant with Quality Management System for construction industry and possess knowledge of value engineering
Responsibilities
-Responsible and accountable for efficient management and execution of project at site
-Plan, schedule, conduct, coordinate and attend meetings with consultants, contractors and authorities
-Develop, coordinate, plan and monitor all project related activities including managing consultants, contractors and authorities
-Ensure all projects are carried out according to work schedule, quality standards and within budget
2. PROJECT SITE SUPERVISOR
Requirements
-Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or equivalent & SPM
-Qualification in QS, civil engineering or architecture with experience in site management
-Minimum 3 years experience in site supervision
-Able to interact, coordinate and work with consultants, contractors, subcontractors
-Sound knowledge of construction scheduling and resource planning
Responsibilities
-Checking, monitoring and ensuring work carried out by contractors in a timely manner according to work schedule, design specifications, required quality & safety standards
-Verify delivery of material at site
-Preparation of required reports for review by Project Manager
3.SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Requirements
-Possess a degree in Marketing or Business Administration
-Minimum 6 years related experience in the property industry
-Creative with good marketing & communication skills
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibilities:
-Conduct market research, formulation of sales & marketing strategies
-Lead & manage the sales & marketing team in implementation of sales & marketing plans and achieving of sales targets
-Be involved in the design development & packaging of products.
-Be familiar with sales documentation
-Handle customer relationship management
