We are looking for a marketing professional to serve as head of marketing in Malaysia. In this role, s/he will lead planning and running local marketing campaigns in Malaysia. 1. Deal Negotiator/ Management trainee
(The Garden Mid Valley, Penang & Johor)
During the training period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities :
-To understand sales and marketing concepts environment
-To undergo softskill training
-To undergo up-sell and cross-sell training
-To make outgoing calls and close sales on merchant products.
-To manage, gather and update customer database accurately and on a timely basis.
-To participate in sales activities
-Sales-oriented, dynamic & persuasive.
-Work towards achieving sales target and goals.
-2 weeks of training with mentors, field training and real sales.
Requirements :
-Eligible to anyone who like discounts, love to share good things and passionate on dealing with good deals.
-All candidates should possess strong communication skills, demonstrate an ability to quickly learn new information and be able to verbally communicate a pattern of success.You must be able to work and effectively communicate in a team environment.
-Energy and desire is more important than previous experience.
-You enjoy talking to people and are the type of person that can find common bonds with virtually anyone.
-Training will be provided.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged.
-Accommodation for out of KL interns will be provided.

Responsibilities:
-Define and implement the market entry strategy of everyday.com.my service.
-Drive marketing campaigns to acquire local membership base.
-Strengthen Everyday’s brand recognition through distributing Everyday’s service to on-offline media/via email marketing(CRM).
-Build up marketing plans to promote Everyday’s deals on local content sites and major search engines.
-Manage relationships with partner agencies and local major media for running effective public relation campaigns.
Important skills and abilities include:
-Strong online advertising/marketing communication skills and experience in managing wide raged projects by setting up a -strong strategy and implementation plans.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing (email marketing/SEM/SEO/FB/Twitter/etc.)
-Excellent prospecting, negotiation skills.
-Creative thinking in coming up with new consumer marketing campaigns, with strong energy to materialize those new ideas into actual implementation
-Proven project management experience with complex multi-faceted projects.
-Excellent communication skills both with external partners and within the organization at all levels
-Outstanding analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
-Good understanding of web related technologies, such as HTML, CSS etc., and technical aspects of SEO, SEM, Affiliate distributions models
-Demonstrated consumer mind-set with preference for candidates from e-commerce / B2C service
-Experienced business judgment, BS/BA required
-Native in Malaysian, fluent in English
